Welcome to our beautiful historic building in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara. Built in the 1800’s, this space has since been renovated and retrofitted with a full bar, indoor and outdoor guest space, and fully furnished lounge. We also have a massive catering kitchen with food and beverage services available if needed. Casa Rosa has an elegant and modern feel but still with plenty of room for you to design to your heart's content. Our indoor dining space is 800 sqft and extremely versatile. From dining space to dance floor this can become anything you need. The bar area is 500 sqft. and definitely the hub of the space. All brass accents and an amber glow that really make this room come alive. The lounge is 200 sqft. and surrounded by light and windows. The fireplace and historic walls makes this one of the favorite rooms in the building. Our outdoor space is just over 1000 sqft. It is easily accessible and available for larger parties
