Breakfast: Market Scramble with Kale, Tomato, Basil & Parmesan Cheese
Variations: DF Scramble with Vegan Parmesan

Lunch: Shrimp Jambalaya with Dirty Rice, Red Beans, Broccoli & Kale
Variations: Turkey

Dinner: Pozole Roja (Chicken, Mirepoix, Hominy, Zucchini, Chile Puree, Garlic & Spices) with a Side of Cabbage, Lime, Oregano & Chili Flake
Variations: Simple Set with Chicken, Yams, Parsnip, Kabocha Squash & Vinaigrette


Wednesday 11/26
