Lunch: GF Pasta Salad with Arugula, Basil & Onion, Futsu Squash, Italian Chicken Sausage & Red Wine Vinaigrette
Variations: Ground Turkey

Dinner: Grilled Chicken Dinner with Roasted Cabbage, Buffalo Cauliflower & Quinoa
Variations: Lentil, Plain Cauliflower no Buffalo Sauce
