Lunch: Root Veg Bowl with Turkey, Garlic Herb Brown Jasmine Rice, Kale, Roasted Carrot, Beets & Harissa

Dinner: Cioppino with Stock, Onions, Carrots, Celery, Zucchini, Tomato, Local Boccacio & Salmon over Brown Rice

Breakfast: Strawberry Banana Chia Pudding with Coconut Shreds

Lunch: Cobb Salad with Chicken, Greens, Egg, Tomato, Cucumbers, Sunflower Seeds, Blue Cheese & Green Goddess Dressing
Variations: Tempeh, DF with Vegan Cheese or No Cheese

Dinner: Shrimp with Quinoa Tabouli (with Parsley & Lemon), Roasted Carrots, Roasted Beets, Raw Spinach & Tzatziki Sauce on the Side
