Dinner: Herb Roasted Chicken Breast with Forbidden Rice, Sauteed Broccolini, Yellow Squash & Puntarelle

Lunch: Caldo De Pollo (Chicken Thigh, Stock, Mirepoix, Zucchini, Bell Peppers, Kale, Diced Tomato, Chili Adobo & Garlic) with Potatoes
