Lunch: Curry Chicken Salad Collard Green Wrap with Cucumbers & Shredded Carrots with Tahini Sauce on the Side

Dinner:  Steak Dinner with Arugula, Shaved Brussels, Roasted Carrots & Wheatberries

Tuesday 7/14

Breakfast: Market Veggie Hash with Broccoli, Spinach & Asiago Cheese
Variations:  DF Scramble with Broccoli, Spinach & Yams

Lunch: Turkey Pomodoro (Fresh Tomato Sauce) with Israeli Couscous, Asparagus, Zucchini and Arugula 
Variations: Daring Vegan Chicken, GF with Quinoa


Dinner: Chicken Gumbo (chicken thigh, stock, mirepoix, green bell peppers, okra, garlic, olive oil, spices) over Brown Jasmine Rice

Variations: Tofu, Peanut-Free Sauce

Dinner: Wild Caught Salmon with Sweet Potato Mash with Walnut & Pecan Crumble, Green Beans, and Kale
Variations: Turkey, Tempeh


Thursday 7/16

Breakfast: Market Scramble with Tomato, Kale & Feta Cheese

Lunch: Grilled Lemon Herb Shrimp Bowl with Quinoa and Summer Veggie Medley (Squash, Peppers, Chard)

Friday 7/17

Lunch: Beef Kafta Bowl with Lentils, Kale, Roasted Carrots with Yogurt Curry Sauce
Variations: Chicken, Daring, DF with Tahini Sauce

Dinner:  Shrimp Scampi with Lemon Caper Herb Sauce, Buckwheat, Roasted Tomato, Sauteed Fennel, Broccolini & Spinach
Variations: Chicken, White Beans
