The owner Brian Colgate "takes great pride in being the only local commercial fisherman's direct outlet to our public." Their focus is on locally harvested seafood as well as sustainable seafood products.

Roots Organic Farm was started in 2002 by Jacob Grant. This small farm has grown year after year and has finally hit 25 acres. No matter what size it grows to, the love and attention can be tasted in their produce. From the sweetest carrots to the most consistently vibrant kale, they have become one of the top farms at the Santa Barbara's Farmers Market.
